About Us
In continuation of the trauma-healing work of our global Somatic Experiencing community, we are a group of Somatic Experiencing Practitioners (SEPs) from all over the world responding to the violence in Gaza and Palestine. Here, people seeking therapeutic or peer support can find practitioners centred on compassion, human rights for all, and specifically the dignity of Palestinian life.
Many communities all over the world are facing violence, war, displacement, genocide, hate crimes and rising fascism; we recognize that these struggles are interconnected and systemic. While we are centering the Palestinian community, we also wish for communities everywhere to find the care and support they need to navigate through these horrifying and heartbreaking times with faith in our shared humanity.

Sessions:
This is an organically evolving and volunteer-run initiative that brings together SEP’s from all over the world. Availabilities will vary. Sessions are confidential and non-emergency. Fees can be negotiated with your practitioner depending on your circumstances, with some practitioners also offering pro-bono. Recipients of care can be adults, teenagers, children and infants as per the scope of practice of the different practitioners. Various languages and translators can occasionally be arranged.
Context for Trauma Response:
This website has a dual focus. Firstly, to support Palestinians, including those inside Gaza and the Occupied Territories, those recently evacuated, and those in Diaspora, using trauma-informed therapy skills of connection, compassion and co-regulation. Secondly, to support people, allies, advocates, fellow healers, humanitarians and educators to keep tapping into their own sense of safety and resilience, so that they are able to carry on healing colonial violence and co-creating a better world.
